Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms govern your use of AI Kraft (the "Service"), operated by PegBit Studio ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these Terms, abuse, or fraud.

4. Subscriptions, credits and billing

Paid plans and credit purchases are processed by our payment provider (Flutterwave). Prices shown at checkout include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled from your billing page. One-off credit purchases do not expire.

Coupons granted by us (for beta access or partnerships) are non-transferable and may be revoked if obtained or used in breach of these Terms.

5. Refunds

Because generated content is delivered instantly and consumed on use, credit purchases and subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days.

6. AI-generated content

The Service produces text, images and documents using third-party AI models. You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing or sending it — AI models can produce inaccurate, biased, or fabricated content (including invented statistics, names, and citations). You must not rely on output for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Subject to applicable law and provided you have paid for the generation, you own the outputs you create through the Service and may use them for any lawful purpose. We make no warranty that outputs are original, do not infringe third-party rights, or are fit for any particular purpose.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of inputs you provide (brand profiles, voice examples, contacts, product data, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service. We do not use your inputs to train general-purpose models.

8. Connected accounts and publishing

When you connect a social account (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, WhatsApp), you authorise us to publish on your behalf as instructed. You remain responsible for everything posted from your accounts via the Service, including compliance with each platform's own terms.

9. Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may schedule maintenance, change features, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (where PegBit Studio is established), without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
